These policies outline important details regarding purchases, products, and services to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all customers. All services are provided by Her Creative Lab, owned by Aaliya Jackson. By engaging in any services or making any purchases, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these policies.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must also be made within 24 hours of the original booking. We will do our best to accommodate a new timeframe based on availability.

2. Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative services, digital downloads, and customized products, I cannot provide refunds once a purchase has been made or a project has started.
My commitment is to your satisfaction, so I will always work with you to address concerns, make adjustments within the scope of your purchase, and ensure you receive the best possible outcome.
3. Portfolio Rights
All work created by Her Creative Lab remains the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. By engaging in services or purchasing custom work, you grant permission for your project to be used in the studio’s portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials to showcase our work. If you prefer that your project not be displayed publicly, please notify us in writing before the project begins.
4. Physical Products
Physical products are non-returnable and non-refundable. I do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, I’ll gladly offer an exchange or replacement to ensure you receive your product in the condition you expected.

All projects are based on the agreed-upon scope outlined before work begins. Any requests, changes, or additions outside the original scope may require extra time and additional fees. This ensures that every project receives the attention and quality it deserves while keeping expectations clear for both parties.

Turnaround times vary depending on the type, scope, and complexity of each project or order. Before beginning work, I will provide an estimated timeline tailored to your project. While I strive to complete all work promptly, please keep in mind that each project is unique, and timelines may shift to ensure the highest quality results.
8. Revision Limit
Each design service comes with a set number of revisions, which will be clearly outlined before your project starts. Revisions are meant to fine-tune and polish your design, not to create a completely new concept. If you need additional revisions outside the package, they can be added for an extra fee of $20.
9. Client Responsibility
To ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time, clients are expected to provide timely communication, deliver all necessary content, and give feedback promptly. Delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines, and the lab is not responsible for extensions caused by late responses. Failure to communicate within a 3-day period, a $25 fee will be applied for any communication received after the 3-days. If there has been no communication 7-days after last email sent, the project becomes closed and all work will cease. If a client wishes to resume the closed project, a reactivation fee of $50 will be required upfront to resume work.
