How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on the project type and scope. For example, a flyer design may take 4–7 business days, while a full branding package may take 2–4 weeks. We will always provide you with an estimated timeline before we begin so you know what to expect.
How many revisions are included?
Each design service comes with a set number of revisions, which will be clearly outlined before your project starts. Revisions are meant to fine-tune and polish your design, not to create a completely new concept. If you need additional revisions outside the project, they can be added for an additional fee of $20.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are non-refundable. However, we will work closely with you to accommodate your needs and ensure you’re happy with your purchase or project.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?
