Within 24-48 hours of your purchase, you will receive a client design questionnaire that we require you to fill out in its entirety, requesting information needed for your project that will pertain to your brand. If you do not see an email from us within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first and then email hello@hercreativelab.com with your name, order number, and package selected.
